Need a very quiet but yet powerful 80mm fan!
i mean like more then 30CFM and kinda quiet

Check out 2CoolTek Sunon Quiet Fan. It's an 80mm fan w/ 30cfm, and compared to most it is quieter. I bought one to replace a PC Power & Cooling fan that recently began making grinding noises at startup.

That would probably be a very loud fan. The quiet one that Jeff H recommended is only 28 dbl (I ordered the same one a few days ago).
Is this the one you meant? It is rated at 36.5 dbl which is MUCH louder. You could probably put in three of the quiet ones before they equaled the noise of one high output fan.

When the fan I ordered arrives I'll have six fans in my case (including the power supply fan). My computer is loud enough right now. If you're concerned about noise I'd go with the quiet one.
