NEED A VERY "MODABLE" CASE.............i found one for $40......go any better suggestions????

ok well just for the fun of it, i was looking at some cases for a mod project im working on, and im on a REALLY short budget (look at my sig to see what i bought a month ago).............now at some places ive seen some FULL ATX cases for about $40......now i was wondering if this is a good case (its sorta generic)
i just need a case that ill be modding majorly (ie fan cutouts, mebbe vinyl, and some other wacky stuff)
btw, i saw this case over at compgeeks's case section
are they a good place to buy from? is this a good enuf case?
btw, i really dont need the PS cause 250 isnt enuf, but i guess i cant get rid of it

I bought one of these (electroseller) discounted(the 7 bay one) at a Show recently, Currently using one for my KA7/Athalon550. My only complaint was trying to put a CDRW in the lower drive bays was a little tricky, the end of my Drive almost touches Capacitors on the MotherBoard. But for $25.00, ($35.00 off the website)I ain't complainin'!! Great Case for the Price, and comes with a fan, all in all if your looking for Economy I say BUY, BUY, BUY!!!
