Just what the title says.

Some freeware or shareware suggestions would be nice. I'm not paying the $50 for the commercial product that I've stumbled across.

Try sysinternals.com, they have a utility that allows you to view ntfs partitions.

That would be the $50 commercial utility that I was referring to.

Anyone else have any suggestions?

If all you need to do is read the partition, sysinternals has a free version of that utility.

I know, but I was hoping for read/write capability in a freeware or even shareware utility.

I guess I may have to end up living with an invisible partition in Win98 or converting my XP partition to FAT32.

Why do you even need to read and write to the NTFS partition from 98 anyway?

If you are trying to get files out of XP just copy them over to the FAT32 partition while you are in XP.
