Need a used Nikon body.

My Nikon D80 is getting a bit long in the tooth. I need to pick up a used Nikon body with the following specs:

- Min 3200 ISO with good results
- Min 4.5 FPS
- Built in AF motor

I've kind of narrowed my decision down to either a used D90 or D7000. Anyone have any advise for best bang for the buck? I'd like to get away with spending no more than $350, but would entertain spending a bit more if it was a good deal.
 
Your desired specs ( including the $350 budget ) really leave you no other options.

If you're not in a hurry, I'd wait for a D7000 to come around as it was a solid improvement in ISO performance over the D90. Plus dual-card slots. Plus dual-card slots. 🙂
 
I'd spend a few more dollars and get a refurb D7000. There is also a chance I will be getting my D7000 back from an ingrate. If I do, we can talk.
