Need A tv tuner W/ sound :: any Suggestions

Want to buy a tv tuner for my pc but the descriptions say audio support none.
But it uses coax in will it play sound w the video without audio input from a reciver.
mind boggling if you have to do it that way. will the card just work like a regular tv?
hate to buy the thing and not get sound in w/o running a cord across the room!!!

yes it will play sound...kinda pointless with sound wouldn't you say?

look at the ATI TV Wonder line and the Hauppauge WinTV line.

i have the hauppauge wintv-d...if you can find it cheap, it's worth it. quality is so-so , but it's got some cool features. most tv cards either have an internal audio cable that you run to your sound card internally (into the aux input) OR they have a line out that you run to the line in on your sound card
