Need a TV Tuner, please help!?!

I want all the bells and whistles, HDTV, FM and TV Tuner, DVR capability, and a remote control.....I prefer to shop newegg but I don't understand most of the mumbo jumbo, can someone help?

Get one with the ATI Theater Pro 650 chip. You'll need to do some research on the HD part. Some cards don't tune HD at all. Some only tune OTA (over the air). And a few will tune QAM, which is the over the wire HD standard cable systems use, but will only tune unencrypted (i.e. not premium) channels.

Most of the cards come with some DVR software, but the 3rd party stuff is much better. Check out Sage TV and Beyond TV. Both are available in bundles with tuner cards and remotes. Beyond TV does not tune QAM HD, but will tune OTA. Not sure about Sage.
