Need a TV tuner card. Hopelessly behind on the times.

Just upgraded to x64 Vista. My old Winfast TV2000XP is no longer supported, so I need a new TV tuner.

I plan to get HDTV in the future.
Currently I only have Analog cable.

Are there any cards out there (that aren't too expensive) that can decode HDTV channels but also play analog cable?

I remember back in the day HDTV tuner cards like the Fusion were only able to get OTA HD signals. Are there HDTV tuner cards that can now receive and decode HD channels direct from HD cable services like Time Warner?

Doesn't this only receive OTA HD signals?

I want to watch HDTV on my computer. I do not want to and cannot get OTA HD signals where I'm at.

It picks up OTA and unencrypted "ClearQAM" cable signals.
