Need a TV recommendation

My mom asked me to order or pick up a TV for her... Need something around 325 (or less!) that's no more than 27" high (meaning it's probably got to be a 27", or some 32", though not all), so it can fit in her cabinet. I looked at the philips outlet, but the tempting ones there had pretty terrible reviews. Doesn't need to be HD (and I wouldn't imagine it would be at that price), but it does need to be flat tube.

I don't know about the reviews, but I've had a 27" Phillips for two years now that I like just fine and I got it for under $300.
