is there a 19" crt monitor like the samsung 170MP? the 170MP is a 17" lcd monitor-tv combo that's about $1000, i'd like something cheaper (i've never seen a tv that i'd like to look at from 18" away, but if there's one i'd be open for suggestion)
 
nothing? i know i could just use a tv-tuner card, but i'd like for the computer to not be on when i watch it
