Need a tool to monitor file access attempts - Help?

I have a program that is attempting to access some files (that I dont know what they are) and they are not found and because of this the program is generating errors and crashing. Is there any tool out there that I can use that says "Watch this EXE and show me all the files it attempts to access, even if the files do not exist?"

Any help would be hot. Thanks.
