need a tool for measuring bus speeds

My problem is I cannot run a 3D benchmark on a KT333 at the 1/5 divider on 166fsb so I wonder how to find out if it is working correctly.
Does anyone know a hardware or software tool for measuring PCI/AGP speeds. Software would be better as I could download it right away.

You could use an oscilloscope it you knew where to take the measurement.

Well, besides the fact that you already stated that you can't run Sandra on your box, Sandra doesn't show you actual PCI/AGP speed anyway. No software solution will.

If you don't have easy access to an oscilloscope you need to get yourself a PC Geiger. That'll do it.
