Need a To-Do/task management program

Not looking for a calendar necessarily but a standalone program that can manage tasks by subject. I am a fan of iProcrastinate and need something similar for Windows
 
You can try outlook - though it may not be exactly what your looking for.

It is nice if you have an exchange server set up so you can access your chalendar from any pc
