do you want to custom make it or buy a kit? i suggest custom, cause any kit you get for that won't be much better than air. also what speed is it and how much do you want to overclock?

heatercore--$20--autozone--'77 boneville(about the size of 2 120 mm fans)or '86 chevette (single 120 mm fan)

1/2 inch inner diameter tubing--$10--home depot

go to dangerden.com and get the rest

pump like $40, water wetter additive $10, waterblock $30-40(maze 4 or somthin),

find some 120 mm fans and mount them over your radiator and this will outperform any kit. or course try to find as much of this as you can on the fs/ft forum and it will cost less

First I'd like to say that I think it's very hard to build a water cooling setup that is pretty good for $135. But you can definetly custom build one that is much bettter than prebuilt ones like the Aquarius 2. iwantanewcomputer makes good points. however, the only thing I disagree on is the pump. Since it doesn't seem like you are going for best performace, I'd go with a via aqua. They're like $20.

You can also build a custom make fan shroud, if you need help with that you can search or ask me. Shrouds help SOOOO much.

Don't forget all the little things like clamps, maybe res, and i think that's it. But $135 is doable.
