Need a suggestion for a crappy application to install that requires admin rights.

more reasons to use a print server:
4. Consistant driver usage (update the drivers on the print server and clients get the new drivers)
5. (1a, expanding on ucdnam's post) with 3rd party software you can setup quotas for users
6. Printer pooling (have a pool of printers and jobs are sent to the next available printer)
7. Job redirection; if many jobs are waiting on a printer and it goes down the admin can redirect all the print jobs to a differant printer while the broken one is getting repaired
etc. etc.
