Need a software to automate power profiles for laptop

As the title says. Need a software which will help me automate the power profiles and make them configurable as per my liking. I mean when I turn the display off I want it to enter power save mode, and when I turn the display back on I want it to switch to maximum performance. The laptop is a Lenovo B490 (i3) and all I have is the Lenovo Power Manager app, and it doesn't do crap.
Thanks.

Windows Power Management should be able to do that. Just use the "High Performance" power plan and make sure the advanced plan settings are configured to put the computer to sleep (or hibernate, or whatever you prefer) when you close the lid. I assume that closing the laptop lid is what you mean when you say you turn the display off..

I don't think you understood me. I wanted to have a software which will change/toggle between different profiles depending on my set settings automatically. Like for Power saving mode I have set the CPU upper limit at 50% only, and for maximum performance everything is set at high. Now when I turn the screen off/close the lid I want to switch to power saving mode, and I want it to move to maximum performance mode when I turn the screen back on, automatically rather than doing it manually. Under Windows Power management all you can do under lid close are Sleep, Hibernate and Do nothing, neither will benefit me.
