Need a Socket M mobo. Help?

So I'm thinking of cannibalizing my Dell XPS M1210 to make a desktop. I have/can get all the parts that I need except for the PSU and mobo. I need one with:

Socket M (Or a Socket 479 that can handle a 667MHz core 2 Duo)
2x DDR2 SO-DIMM (I can deal with buying regular RAM if need be...)
2x SATA ports
Compatible with an ATX PSU
PCIe x16 (or at least a PCI-e big enough to not bottleneck an HD 3450)
Need to use either a PCI wireless card from this desktop, or the mini PCIe one from my laptop

Don't care about form factor

I know this is a pretty tall order...honestly I'm not holding out much hope, but it'd be a great way to put my dead laptop to use and get me off of this old Optiplex. Northwood Celeron FTL.

edit: Also, I'm thinking of overclocking it. I figure a 34W processor with a 100C TDP should have some potential. Thoughts on that?

Dont waste your time. The only boards available are replacement parts for laptops and other proprietary systems.

Not true at all.

I've actually gotten pretty close, but this one only has PCIe x1, and in a very inconvenient spot.

More true than not. ;)

That board you listed is essentially a laptop. They used these things in POS machines and other kiosk type stuff. These industrial supply hardware isn't really meant for consumer level sales. I think the best solution would be to sell off what you have now and buy something like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813500042.

I actually do have a budget rig put together...I went with AM3 so I could use current hardware....this would be much cheaper though and I'm on a college student's budget. :(

I know for sure that ASUS makes/made a board that I could use, but I don't know the model name or where I could find it. Didn't have SO-DIMM memory but everything else was good. Wouldn't mind an MSI Fuzzy either but they're expensive for what you get...everywhere I see them they're ~$220
