Need a smaller length Video card for micro atx

Anyone know a PCI-E video card that compares/ is better than the X1950 but shorter? I have to cram it into my girlfriends rig and it has a micro atx Mobo with the power cable plug right in line with the PCI-E slot and catches on it by 1/2".

How about this Sapphire HD 4670 card? Very short, significantly faster than your x1950 card and doesn't even require any additional power connector!
