I searched back over a month so bear with me!

I'm looking for a 16-32GB SSD drive to put Win 7 on and a game or two that I'm currently playing (prob 32GB). Are there any cheap drives out there that provide a very noticeable speed increase over a SATA drive that aren't very expensive? Something in the $50-$75 price range would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I'll look into these.

I know it's a guessing game but do you guys have any idea how much prices on these are going to fall in the next 6 months or so?

Wouldn't count on them dropping, maybe $20 at most I would guess... but this is just my general feel from things I've read on the forum and other sites, I'm no expert by any means.

I saw some 32GB for $50-$75 CAD during boxing day. But if you are trying to find something that will give a noticeable difference, then youll have to spend more than that. Avoid JMicron controller based units. Keep an eye on OCZ, they usually have rebates. I just picked up an OCZ 60G Summit recently for $140 CAD shipped after rebate.
