Need a small ITX case that can use full size video card~

I haven't decided on the case yet but It's hard to find an ITX case that has what I'm looking for.

I want it to have:

1. Small for ITX mobo and doesn't have extra bulk
2. Takes full size PCIE card (i'll be reusing hd6850 in this case)
3. Has full clearance for a tall CPU cooler (same space as atx cases)
4. has space for just SSD and a HDD, no extra space.
5. no need for optical drive

Many of the Lian Li's small cases are great, except they all place psu over the cpu area so I have to use OEM heatsink or low profile ones.

A case like bitfenix Prodigy is nice except it almost doubles the space I am going to use and is much too large.

I am thinking about doing a custom build in the end.

any help?~:'(

The closest for something with more CPU cooler clearance while still being small would be the Silverstone SG07/SG08. You can't quite fit a tower cooler, but you can fit AIO liquid coolers as well as big horizontal coolers. In fact, you'll probably have more problems fitting the coolers to your motherboard without blocking the graphics card.

oh wow. I didn't even think about that.... I assumed the space between cpu and pci-E would be equal. but its not, it's about half the normal atx distance!

AH, now i'll have to get a cooler as well. Which one is the best cooler that fits itx? I feel like im jumping all over forums now..

How about the Lian-Li PC-Q11. That and the Q07 are fabulous little boxes. As of late all my ITX and even mATX builds are with an AIO. There are such good options out there, that the space savings and performance simply trumps any big ass air cooler.

Don't think of it as "which one fits ITX." The reason is that ITX denotes a motherboard size. It has nothing to do with CPU placement on the motherboard, case size or even PSU size.

Choose a case. Choose a motherboard. Decide on what you would like for clock speeds and noise. Then we can make recommendations if such exist, or alternatives (such as reeling back overclocks).

Actually, how about just making a thread in General Hardware, with answers to the questions in the sticky?

That way we know more than "which case/cooler." For instance, what space do you need to fill. What noise profile? What budget? Are you willing to mod? What will you be using your computer for?

don't rush to buy. give me a minute to post this build in a coolermaster elite 120 I made 3 of them.
