Need a silent vid card recommendation

Just wanted to ask if there are any good mid-range cards that come with a silent cooling system. Would like something above the X1600/7600 series or at least that. Thanks.

That thing aint that quiet even at 5V let alone silent.

it is pretty quiet at 12v (and even more so under 12v) as compared to some of the stock coolers AND it is one of the best coolers on the market.

i have the vf900 right now running at mid setting and it is silent.
