Need a Scanner

Can someone recommend me a scanner? I haven't used one for years but I need an alright one. Hopefully good quality over price. Quality, size, and prices are in concern

i have been using a refurbed canon n670U for a couple of years and it works excellent. 300dpi optical works great for me i think i paid $50 a couple of years ago and it is still going strong.
