Need a replacement power adapter for laptop.

Instead of spending a fortune on one from the manufacturer, I was hoping to pick a targus adapter (or some other aftermarket company).
The spec on the original are
115/230-volt (V) AC auto-sensing input voltage
47- to 63-hertz line frequency
19-V DC output voltage
3.16 ampere output current (60 watts)
2-wire power cord
Includes light-emitting diode (LED)

I can't find any info on Best Buy's site about Voltage??? I see they have some that are 70 watt and 90 watt but how many Volts are they and will it damage the laptop if the wattage is higher?
Can anyone find a better match for this AC power adapter?

And, you can also go to any store and buy a Targus Universal A/C/ adapter.
