Need a replacement GPU

My 4850 crapped out on me but the rest of the rig is running strong (E8400, 4gb RAM, Intel SSD). What would be a decent AMD replacement for some mild gaming of mainly older titles (FPS, RPG, Strategy) without breaking the bank and not require a complete upgrade?

The 5770/6770 is significantly faster than the 4850 which if you are not looking for something 2x faster. The newer 7770 is again significantly faster in newer dx11 games. You can check the AT benchmark page.

I like the 2GB GDDR5 7850. It's faster than a 7790 and doesn't cost much more. This is coming from an NVidia fan-boy.
