Need a replacement fan for socket 478 before I go mad!

I need to replace the oem fan or even the heatsink because my oem fan screams, its so bloody load I can't take it anymore. The fan runs at 2766rpm and overclocked 15% it can easily go to 3500rpm. Even at 2700rpm its too loud.

Is there a quieter fan available as a replacement or should I replace the heatsink aswell.

yeah pretty anything off the egg you could try the heatlane zen from scythe and have passive cooling depending on airflow in your case or move to a zalman with a 7000u 2700 rpm max and 30 db IIRC
