Need a recommendation for monitor

This one is better than both of them I would stay away from SAMSUNG I have the SyncMaster 205BW and have problems with it I RMAed it and the remanufactured one they replaced it with has problems to the screen flickers the stand is weak and the viewing angle is horrible I would never buy anouther Samsung monitor I plan on purchaseing this one soon.

the LG one you linked to is cheaper in stores than on newegg... one of the major B&M stores has it for 300 or 309. look there first.

but be for-warned it scored horribly on the input-lag tests... many other problems were fixed in newer firmware.. but i dont know if the input lag was fixed or is fixable via firmware.
 
i am also on the lookout for an LCD and
i have narrowed it down to the 216bw which apparently has no "panel lottery" or the Soyo 24" 1920x1200 LCD for $300 no rebates at officemax starting sunday.
 
Thanks for the heads up on the LG monitor I didn't see it had a problem with input lag, Just read the Newegg reviews. another monitor I am considering is The Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP-HC 24-inch the few reviews I've read on it were good. Ive never heard of Soyo? I will have to check it out.
