need a recommendation for a tv tuner for a laptop that also imports video

title says it all. I have a new laptop but want a usb device that can import video (from a VCR) and allow me to watch tv.

What kind of TV? Off the air, cable, satellite? Digital or analog?

Most likely cable since I have an extra cable line here.

Theres a USB haupage tuner ive seen around. Might be worth considering
