As for 3D performance,
G35 (ASUS P5E-VM HDMI) > GeForce 7150 (eVGA 112-CK-NF77-A1 etc.) > G33 (ASUS P5K-VM, GIGABYTE GA-G33M-DS2R etc.)
ASUS P5E-VM HDMI is the best in overclocking. The other boards in the above are also good in oc. The ASUS board and the eVGA board have all the features an average user will ever want. GeForce 7150 supports only single-channel momory (that does not terribly affect most applications though). The price difference is huge ($135 vs. $70).
