Right now I am either going to grill some catfish or make burgers, but I dunno those seem boring. My brother is leaving tomorrow and I wanna make a good farewell dinner for him, but I have cookers block atm.
Salmon on a skillet, inside skillet put bourbon, brown sugar, garlic cloves (in a jar), and cook it. I hope I'm not forgetting an ingredient but I think that's it.
And there are no real measurements you just go for it. Need decent amount of brown sugar to thicken up the 'sauce' but it should still be pretty runny.
EDIT: Hey, I was right! (Butter not necessary IMO)
