Need a quote, preferably religious

I was just going to see if someone had an awesome quote, that is pretty long, but not huge. I will use it on a scroll type deal, where you burn the piece of paper, or put tea on it and bake it. Will probably use "Word" to put some type of cool print on it because I suck at drawing and all.

I am taking World History and I am in the Renaissance age, so I am at around the 15th century right now. The quote can be from any time period though, as long as it is unique.

Very simple little deal, but I figured you guys would have some great quotes I could use.

My world history teacher is crazy and would love to see a pulp fiction quote. She will probably say "How Interesting." and smile or something. Plus I am probably going to make a few of these just for the heck of it.

The Bible has some excellent content. I recommend The Psalms (beautiful songs and well written commentary), Proverbs (tidbits of wisdom), Ecclesiastes (finding meaning), the Gospel of John (a look at Jesus), and or Revelation (the end times). But really there is a lot more great content in the book!
