Need a quiet PCI-Slot cooler

The current one I'm using has been great for the past year or so. It moves a LOT of air, and dropped the temperature on my 8800GTX significantly, even in my previous full tower case.

Now that I've migrated over to a new case, the PCI-Slot cooler is one of the loudest parts of the system. It's also starting to make some squeaking noises every now and then, and I JUST blew out all the dust.

Any suggestions? Bonuses would be a long power cable, sleeved cabling, and low price. I'd prefer quality over price though ;)

Thanks.

"quiet slot cooler" is an oxymoron, but here ya go...

Here is the same thing FCPU is selling for a lot less - Frozen sells a lot of generic stuff at double or triple the price to careless shoppers:

here's something I'd learned recently. Using my Antec Tru-Power Trio (I'm not sure if all PSUs have this... hey I' no rocket scientist as you'll soon see) the PSU has one line that says 'fans only' on it and it runs the fans at like 30% speed or something, I don't know if it's temperature sensing or what. I'm kinda' thinking this is your standard 5.5v line as to those beefy 12v lines, but this is the first time I'd seen (noticed) it labeled. Well anyway I bought this blower and when plugged into any other line it was NOTICABLY loud, but on that one line whisper quiet. Ya might wanna watch out for this. I mean the psu thing, I doubt that slot fan would suit your needs. It's pretty and quiet, but doesn't move much air... (though it does keep my feet comfy on a cold day, sitting under my desk).

IF that thing is only moving 10.5 cfm when on 12v and it's noticably loud, on 3.3, 5 or 7 volts it's only going to be moving roughly 2, 4.5 and 5.5 cfm respectively. Why even bother having that take up space in your case?

Thats what I get for still making the links myself. I remember when we didn't have a button that made links for you, you had to learn how to make them.

That was back when I had to walk two miles to school in the snow, up hill both ways.

The "Fan Only" lead that you find on many PSUs these days is generally controlled by the temp inside the PSU, so not very useful for any other fan location. I'd suggest never using it.
