Need a QUIET managed switch - recommendations?

I think the title says it all. I want to make the jump to a 16 port managed 10/100 switch. Here is the key though, it has to be quiet. I already have a 16 port 10/100 switch, but it isn't managable.

I have looked at the 24 port HP Procurve, but they have a honkin fan that sounds like a low level aircraft carrier is taking off in the room.

Any recommendations?

Try Allied Telesyn. The have good, inexpensive products. I think they have at least one model that has no fan. Call to be sure!
