Need a quick scary movie recommendation from Netflix Instant!

The wife and I usually watch movies together but she's sick and in bed so that means I can watch a scary movie since she hates them. She gets nightmares.

So I need a quick recommendation from Netflix instant library. I was thinking about "Let the Right One in". Good reviews and I don't mind subtitles. Most of the ones I see listed have such low ratings and I don't want to see a stinker.
