Need a quick answer on RAM compatibility for an old PII system

I have a friend with a Gateway G6-350 (Pentium II 350 MHz) that uses, according to Gateway's support page, this type of RAM:

64-MB 100Mhz 64Bit 4-clock CL=2 SDRAM UNBUFFERED DIMM

This is the RAM that Crucial says is compatible with the system:

Crucial

This is the RAM a local computer shop has:

DIT corp

Is this all interoperable? The local store has 256MB modules of their type of RAM, but Crucial is only offering me 128MB modules of what they say is compatible with the system. That makes me think the local store memory is different, but I dunno. 😕

Possible, and 320MB of memory in this computer is probably overkill anyway. I remember hearing a while ago about high density SDRAM vs. something else, and how some mobos didn't support the high density stuff?
