i heard this thing (DFI Lanparty SLR-DR) needs massive amounts of juice, so I need some recommendation for a good PSU. Im going to have no more than 3 HDDs. Right now, 2 IDE, but I'll upgrade if I need to. 2GB of Patriot DDR 400 Dual Channel, Zalman 9500 HSF, and an IDE DVD-burner

what's your video card(s)? Chances are, unless you're running dual 7900gtx's, you don't need more than 500w. So if you have sli 7900gt, a 500 seasonic s12 or enermax liberty would suffice. In the event that you have 2 7900gtx's, go for a 600w gamexstream, over the epsilon b/c it's usually cheaper and OCZ has a better support plan. BTW the board itself doesn't consume more than 25 watts.
