Need a program to export DV-AVI to tape

I edited a movie I made, and now I want to write it back to the camera for recording onto a VHS tape. I need a program that can copy AVI => DVcam via firewire. Please help!

If you have a TV-OUT on your video card you could just hook up your VCR and record it.

Nope That's why I need to do this.

Oh, and I would do it through Adobe, but for some reason it won't work.
