need a power supply

I am trying to find a good power supply for this oldish system I have.
trying to keep price below 75.00 (though donations welcome) lol

AMD 5600x2
ASUS M3A78-EM
2 x DVD-RW Lite-On drives (IDE, they wont die)
2 Seagate 250gb SATA hard drives
1 hauppauge tv tuner HVR-1800
4 or 5 USB devices (mouse, kb, usb to serial adapter for weather station)
1 serial cable for Uniden BCD396T (police scanner)
2x2gb ram
ATI HD4850 PCI-E video card

EDIT: i am replacing an Enermax 535w that died 2 months to the day after the warranty expired

I'd grab the Seasonic you listed first, personally. The Earthwatts 500D would be my second choice.

I agree, the Seasonic model is probably more quiet than the Antec Earthwatts as well.

Ok, I ordered the Seasonic from Newegg... Now in a few weeks I will need to get another power supply for a 2nd computer I have with different specs...

Pentium D 930
2x2 Gb ram
Gigabyte ga-g31m-es2l (cheap but works)
DVDRW
HVR-1800
1 x 250Gb SATA
1 x 1.5 TB SATA
wifi card
OS - changes all the time (test different os'es on it win & linux)
