Need a power supply suggestion

My brother's computer recently stopped working and he called me up to fix it. I found that the PSU had crapped out and he wants a cheap replacement. Can anyone suggest something in the $20-40 range that is quiet, reliable, and maybe capable of doing a modest C2D or Phenom II setup with a 4XXX series card later if/when he can afford a new machine?

Brownie points if it can be found at Comp USA or Best Buy for a local purchase!

Edit: Changed it to Corsair CMPSU-550VX 550W for $56AR.. You'll need two PCI-E connectors for 4870 for a future upgrade.

That deal is pretty smokin'. Unfortunately they're not available online. However if the OP lives near a B&M Frys, they're available for in-store pickup
