Need A Power Supply Guru

Alright... I ordered a new case, it's a chieftec that comes with a Foxconn 450w. Will this be sufficient to power:
P4C800 Deluxe Mobo
P4C 3.0ghz
1GB Corsair TwinX3200LLPT
2xWD 80GB RAID 0 Config
GF4ti4400 128mb, clocked at 300\600
SB Audigy 2
2x Optical drives
Floppy drive
4 case fans
2 HD coolers (with fans)

foxconn/allied are the same, the allied true 450w is awesome, works great!

But like, the 12v rails and all that, I know nothing about it... I think the 2 HDs are what's taxing my current Antec 350w...
