Need a Pocket PC with wireless capability

So far I've narrowed it down to the Dell Axim and Toshiba e740.
The e740 has a built in wifi card, but I wouldn't mind going with anothe PDA and I could buy a wifi card to plug in.
Any suggestions? Oh yea, it has to be under $300.

ive read reviews (dated in 2001 when the e740s were first released) and both reviews complained about the builtin
WiFi card.

1 - range is very limited compared to the CF card counterpart.
2 - It works the first time the author used it, but stopped after that.
3 - PDA complained WiFi wasn't enabled when it was. Author had to do a soft reset.
