Like the title says, I need a PCI video card that can do 1600x1200 out on the DVI.

It's for an IBM docking station.

Anyone know what brand can do this?

The only card I can think of that would come close is a Matrox G450 PCI - and they can only do 1280x1024.

I think you're SOL here.

Edit - Barring a magical workstation card that I haven't heard of, you're 0wn3d. Even the MMS series can't handle that.

I think that Visiontek's XTASY 9100 PCI can do 16x12 DVI.

I don't see detailed specs on their site so you may want to email them.

As a last resort, I am positive that Colorgraphic has a PCI card that can do this, except I believe they all support 4 simultaneous displays and start at $450 street price.

Any ATi Radeon driven PCI card can do that. They even go up to 1920x1200 no problem. There are low profile 7500 and 9000 cards from PowerColor; the above mentioned VisionTek 9100 is faster, but full height.

Yeah, I've seen a couple of those Colorgraphic cards for sale locally, and they are just insane, pricewise. Of course, they're not really targeting the 3D gaming crowd, either.
