Basically, I'm looking to upgrade some of the systems a little, but I can't really give 'em all speakers and/or sound cards. (Not a single sound card in the building) I know there was a very limited Sound Card emulation driver for ME and prior versions of Windows which allowed you to play some sound files via the PC Speaker. I'm hoping there's an updated version of that which works as a generic sound card, ideally for all versions of Windows, or at least 2000 and before. Anybody know where I could find something like that?

Didn't have the direct link, gracias. However, it doesn't work at all with NT, 2000 or XP, and it's limited to only playing audio files. Better than nothing, but it's very limited all the same. (Though I do wonder if playing files through AviSynth first would let it use the speaker, since AviSynth "converts" everything to PCM format as it plays) Anybody know of any other drivers like this that might work better?

Oh yeah, I understand some Linux builds have full emulated PC speaker support. I know BeOS does, do any others?
