Need a PC program that will store recipes

I need a PC program that i will be able to store Recipes i find on the internet.A program that can save picture and info, and a program that can be used by everyone who have a pc.It can be an Excel program etc.

My girlfriend is asking me that...anything like that exist???

Assuming that you're looking up recipes online, my suggestion would be just to use the Firefox 'scrapbook' extension. Save the recipe webpage with scrapbook. Then you can remove/hightlight/annotate the elements page in any way you want. This way you don't have to worry about trying to figure out if you copied/translated the recipe exactly, since you'll have the entire webpage/recipe along with whatever hightlights/notes you made to it. You can also look at the recipe webpage while offline.
