Yeah, picked one of these up.
Was buying the 10th-Gen HP slim Celeron units with 4GB RAM and 1TB HDD new on ebay for around this price. This is an 8th-gen quad-core (no HT I don't think) for similar price, with double the RAM.
My suggestion is to get a 500GB SATA 2.5" SSD, and replace the HDD, or get a 500GB WD Black or Samsung 980 NVMe and install it. (I *think* that these should take an NVMe upgrade, at leasat my 10th-gen HP slim Celeron units do.)
