I see nothing wrong with it, though most seem to recommend Gainward Golden Sample cards, since they apparently overclock well and some overclocking is covered in the warranty. I have a Visiontek, so I can't give you first hand experience with either company. However, GeForce 4 Ti 4200 cards are good, by any manufacturer.

Is the 64 meg SDRAM version worth a poo? I can buy an AGP version of that same card with SDRAM for $70.

Good deal? And how much quicker will it be than my GF2 MX? :)

SDRAM? What are you talking about? The article he linked to talked about the card with DDR RAM. I never even heard of GeForce 4 Ti 4200 with SDRAM.

It would definitely be a good card, and the GF2 MX couldn't even come close to comparing to it.
