Need a new video card

I just ordered an Aopen EZ18 SFF box. I don't think that my 9800Pro with VGA Silencer is going to fit. Can anyone recommend a good video card that's not too expensive, $150 at the most, that will fit in the box and can survive on the limited power supply of the box? I plan to only run 1 HD and 1 DVD-ROM as my other power draining components.
