Need a new video card and need suggestions.

Ok I currently have an X800XL video card, yeah I know I am behind on times. I am wanting to upgrade this. I don't play any games on the computer so doesn't need to be too extreme. I run dual screens though, I have a Dell 2407WFP, and a Vizio 32" LCD. The X800 isn't running too good though. I tried to start up the vizualizers on itunes on the 32" and it started lagging bad, it runs perfect on the 25" though. I don't want to spend too much, maybe $100. The dell uses DVI, so it needs at least 1 DVI, and the TV has 2 HDMI, and a VGA so right now I am using VGA. So it needs at least 1 DVI, and 1 HDMI or 1 VGA.

have you looked to see if there is any dust in the cooling heatsink causing it to heat up and lag/run bad/etc. ; if so, try cleaning that out
