Need a new small cell phone, help!

I need a new phone, my current nokia i6590i is on its way out. I don't really care about too many features, a camera would be nice but is not important. All I care about is size, it needs to be small.

I was looking at the Razr, it seems nice and is very thin. Any other recommendations? I have Cingular, but as long as the phone is GSM and unlocked that shouldn't matter.

I like my Razr - it's so thin that I always forget that it's in my front pockets. Everyone says the keys suck, but I've never had a problem using them.

Razr's form factor, more than its average feature set, is really nice. It isn't a small phone, but is remarkably thin and easy for people to slip in their front pants pocket. And its battery lasts forever. Other than that, not much advice to offer.

The Razr v3c is nicer but it lacks a external memory slot =(

Get the Razr... My battery life sucks tho, I should get my battery replaced, that might be the problem..

I like Razrs cause they are sooo thin and they are soo moddable...

I have modded mine by:
Unlocking it
Unbranding from Cingular to Stock Moto
Change external screen logo from Cingular dude to BMW Logo
Add Windows Vista Skin
Added MP3 tones
Added a bunch og games
Added Clublights (Backlight and keypad pulse with the music)

Paying $200+ for a phone WITHOUT EXPANDABLE MEMORY, or EDGE for that matter, is money stupidly spent. Don't buy into the craze, my 1.5 year old V600 shares the same featureset as the RAZR. Get a V635!

If I sell my soul for 2 years to Cingular it's free. And even if I don't buy it with a contract on ebay I could probably get one for around $100.

Maybe I should be a bit more specific. I'm looking for a fairly small phone, with an emphasis on thin. Alot of the suggestions are quite thick phones. <20mm

I love my Razr. The size is fantatic. It's hands down one of, if not the best looking cell. It performs almost as good as it looks. The only gripe I have is the 4 way selector thing, but other than that the keys are great. I think for a limited time you can pick one up for $100.

get a Sony Ericsson Z520i - they're really small and have bluetooth.

Get the RAZR. It's feature set isn't that great but the money is well spent on the form factor & how thin it is. No holding case needed just put it in your front pocket (there's no bulge like there would be with a V635). I like the bluetooth & with a data cable or if you have bluetooth on your computer, you can easily add custom ringtones/wallpaper... upgrade firmware (although you can do that with almost any phone).

Wait for the Razr 2 if you can it's supposed to come out pretty soon from what I've been hearing and that it should be a lot better.

I am looking for a new phone too, and I think I'm gonna get the RAZR from tmobile. With a 1 year contract it's free after rebate. I used to swap between att and tmobile every year because they had 1 year contracts, but now that cingular only has two year contracts I'm not sure who I'll switch to next.
