Need a new PSU

Hopefully somebody here can give me an idea of what PSU i should go with. My current setup is running just fine, but the cables on the PSU are a little short. I just won an NZXT Tempest case and i know that my PSU wont reach from the bottom to where i need to connect it so im going to upgrade to a new one.

What would you recommend for a PSU based off my PC specs (in sig) and a case with 3 120mm LED fans, 1 120mm regular fan, and 2 140mm Fan as well as 2 12" Cathodes.

One last restriction, it needs to be available at Microcenter just for simplicity sake. Modular would be nice but isnt required and i would like to keep it under about 130$ if possible..

Thats the one i was actually thinking about getting.. It should definately provide enough power and it looks like a good one
