Need a new power supply

abit nf7-s
xp 2600 mobile cpu running at 2.3 ghz @1.6 vcore
3 ide hdds 1 sata hdd
radeon 9800 pro vga
dvdrw internal
dvd/cdrw external
I use it to charge my phone on a usb port
zalman coolers on vga and cpu both with fans
3 ea 80 mm case fans.

I have a generic 380 watt psu that gets sketchy unless I unplug my case fans.
i am going to fry's today to get a new psu
my budget is around 60-70 bucks

got a xion 500 watt ver2.0 unit for 60 bucks and it seems fine,I even got another 100 mhz out of the old 2600 with no increase in vcore so I am happy.
