Need a new phone. HTC 6800 kicked the bucket. No Insurance.

Need a new phone. I'll be buying it used, and $400 is the absolute max max max. Some kind of keyboard is required, preferably slide out.

Should I:

1. Buy my phone over again (HTC 6800 for $225)
2. Buy the HTC TyTn II for $350
3. Something else that has 640x480 screen resolution?

The thing that I hate about the 6800 is the lack of RAM, which slows everything down.
The thing I don't like about the TyTn II is that for an upgrade and for a greater price, I'm STILL not getting a 640x480 screen

Just a fyi, the tytn 2/kaiser wont work with sprint if you go that option.
